A simple, quick, clear and courteous process.
After an unexpected and rapid life change, Dad decided to sell the house. Marie-Guylaine and I had to act quickly and, of course, the first issue was finding a real estate broker we could trust.

We had two recommendations and the first person I had the chance to talk to was Julie Boulianne, a real estate broker at Groupe Sutton. After a brief summary of our situation, she outlined her game plan. Within minutes, the sales strategy was laid out in simple terms. I could immediately feel the positive energy. A healthy dose of empathy coupled with efficiency sounded good and I knew we had stumbled upon a gem.

It was a Friday, it was 11 o’clock in the morning and the appointment was made for the next morning at 9 o’clock. So, on Saturday morning, Julie presented us with a complete file, prepared the day before, on her turnkey service offer. All aspects of the sales process were presented to us in no time. For example, ordering a new location plan was handled in the easiest way possible. No problems, only solutions!

Words fail me to express my gratitude to Julie. By Monday morning, the photos of the house were taken and by Wednesday morning, the house was online. The selling strategy she proposed to us paid off and in record time, the house was sold.

Seven days in total and there were only formalities to complete. The market was good, the strategy well adapted. What was going to be a difficult process for my sister, my father and myself, went smoothly thanks to the remarkable involvement of our broker.

In short, for a simple, quick, clear and courteous process, I highly recommend the services of Julie Boulianne, real estate broker at Groupe Sutton.
